I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The location is ideal, just across the street from the beach and near many restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, with a beautiful view over the beach. However, my room wasn't ready despite booking a week in advance. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. The dining options were good but slightly pricey. Overall, a great value for the excellent location and service.

The service was friendly but mostly limited to check-in and check-out. The location was fantastic being near Lido Beach and close to St Armands Circle. The dining experience was decent, yet a bit confusing with payment. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
